For ten years as Director of Homeowner Associations (HOAs) for Pardee Homes, the largest of the five Weyerhaeuser Corporation Real Estate companies I was the developer appointed President of scores of HOAs.  As a member of 7 regional Development Teams throughout California and Nevada I handled nearly every HOA related issue imaginable.
