With decades of business experience in the communication and insurance industries Victoria brings expertise in administration, customer service, and people skills. Victoria managed a staff of over fifty individuals and was a leader of the start up team for a ground breaking new insurance product at one of the largest insurance companies in the country.

Recognized for her ability to build teams and produce results Victoria earned the respect of colleagues and senior management while demonstrating her ability to relate to employees as individuals with unique personalities.
